Blue 60 is a specially formulated expanding foam that achieves up to 60 minute fire protection for timber fire doorsets when used in conjunction with Blue 60 Fire Rated Packers. Tested with softwood, MDF and hardwood frame sections.

Has also been tested in a retro-fit scenario to allow use for rectification.

Fire rated packers must be used in conjunction with foam.

No additional mastics or sealants required.

30 and 60 minute fire tested to BS EN 1634-1 & BS 476: Part 22

Tested in full size single and double doorsets, not linear gaps
Acoustically tested in full doorset up to 43dB
Tested in both metal and timber stud partionings
