At A-One Tools, we are committed to ensuring that your order is delivered quickly and efficiently. Below you will find important details regarding our shipping process, delivery options, and related policies.

  1. Shipping Rates & Options

We offer a range of shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

  • Standard UK Delivery:
    • Rate: £10.00 (Free on orders over £100 exc vat)
    • Delivery Time: 1-2 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as public holidays and courier delays.

  1. Order Processing

All orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT) on weekdays will be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  1. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. You can track your order by visiting the parcelforce website entering your tracking number. You can obtain your tracking number by requesting it from sales@aonetools.co.uk

  1. Delivery Restrictions
  • We currently deliver to all mainland UK addresses and selected highland & isle destinations.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or BFPO addresses.
  1. Missed Deliveries

If you are not available to receive your parcel, the courier will leave a notification card with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery or collection from a local depot. In the event of an a re-delivery having to be arranged or an item not collected then additional charges may be charged.

  1. Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as missing or damaged items, please contact our customer service team at sales@aonetools.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

  1. International Shipping

We currently do not offer any international shipping outside mainland UK.

Q: Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
A: Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address. Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.

A: While we strive to meet delivery times, delays can sometimes occur. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us, and we will assist you in tracking the shipment.

Q: Can I schedule a specific delivery time?
A: At this time, we do not offer specific delivery time slots. However, you can track your order to estimate delivery time.
